Recombinant Adeno-associated virus (rAAV) vectors are widely used to deliver DNA into cells, but how the vector genomes are processed is not well understood. Therefore, to understand the process, Anna Maurer and I use approaches such as tissue culture, microscopy techniques, and molecular cloning, to make rAAV a better tool for experiments and gene therapy.
