PAPA(proximity-assisted photoactivation) is a novel tool to measure protein-protein interactions in single molecule tracking. Thus, Thomas and I have been using cloning, single molecule imaging, and tissue culture to create DNA diffusion standards to measure the kinetics of PAPA experiments.
