Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2) is a histone methyltransferase that deposits H3K27me3 to establish regions of facultative heterochromatin that safeguard developmental processes and maintain cell identity. I am interested in dissecting the regulatory mechanisms of PRC2 combining cryo-electron microscopy and live cell imaging.
